Ms. Norman is a skilled communications professional who has delivered world-class strategic public relations, investor relations and public affairs over the course of her 14 year career. She has extensive experience in the private as well as public sectors. Ms. Norman has driven the strategy and tactical programs for everything from new product launches to IPOs and mergers and acquisitions to post conflict and war communications. Other client teams she lead at Coltrin included Intermountain Health Care and the sale of their electronic medical records system to GE Healthcare, who now sells that system to the wider healthcare marketplace.

When the opportunity arose for her to build her own firm, she jumped at the opportunity. In 2005 she launched Norman Communications. NC believes in providing each client strategic senior public relations executives, and, NC is able to do this at a much lower rate than other firms, because of the unique structure of the firm. During Ms. Norman’s career at other agencies, she saw many things that added to costs for clients. So when Ms. Norman founded NC, she focused on providing excellent services while minimizing overhead costs and waste as well as maximizing resources.  Additionally, each member of the firm has a stake in the equity. This ensures each team member is 100% engaged in complete client success.

NC clients have included OC Tanner, Blood Diamond the movie, DataTel of Sierra Leone, The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), WiLife, MultiLing, Monolith Software, Brocato, Advanced Aesthetics Institute and Cosmedicine, TenFold, Design Engine, Applecore, and Thermo Fisher Scientific just to name a few.
