Africa
NC is opening its Africa office in Freetown, Sierra Leone where it will provide both strategic and tactical PR services to clients throughout Africa. Expansion into the African market is a natural progression resulting from highly successful multi-year contracts with the UNDP.
Ann Norman, NC’s managing partner, played a critical role in establishing and advancing communication strategy and policy in post-conflict Sierra Leone. During her experience, she demonstrated unusual vision, leadership and resourcefulness to leverage limited resources to successfully reach project milestones on-time and on-budget. Furthermore, she was able to navigate complex dynamics between state government factions and multi-lateral organizations to secure funding for key communication projects.
Ms. Norman’s achievements in West Africa have provided the basis of a solid, proven reputation amongst leaders in both the public and private sectors throughout Africa who recognize her as a potent force that consistently exceeds expectations in delivering tangible, value-added results to her African clients.
